It feels like home.
I grew up skating. Now I get to take kids in my family. I enjoy it. I make the 40 minute drive to this roller skating rink every now and then. The owner is still going strong. He is nostalgic to me. I love this rink. Lots to do including a few video games, eating snacks, and of course skating. They have a nice little thirty minute stretch of games and less people on the floor Sunday the last thirty minutes they are open. It’s a good time for little ones to get more practice. Great place for couples to. Nothing can take you back quite like a couple skate or shuffle skate. It is as clean as most rinks are now a days.
It was a blast from the past and my kiddos loved it! The owners were nice, educating us on the proper etiquette. The people were considerate on the floor. If you are looking for a fun family night activity, Anderson Roll Arena is the spot!
Had a nice birthday party for my grandson here. Well kept facility. If you are not skating...beware of wild young skaters darting all through the outer area where non-skaters are sitting.
Too many parties going on at one time you couldn't really enjoy too crowded. You got a disagreement with the lead at the counter over the price of the 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers of pop. We'll have to go back sometimes. It won't be so crowded.
Love this place! We have attended a birthday party and a special Barbie event. Not only is this place restored and makes an old person feel like a child again but it's a gem of a place to have kids today learn the lost art of roller skating! Our son is athletic but felt so nervous on roller skates! The day of the Barbie event, a speed skating coach and a gentleman working at the rink (skate shop) took the time to give my son some tips and gave him a little extra encouragement. It was much appreciated for my son's confidence!

My friends and I came here over the weekend and had the worst experience. After about an hour of skating we went to concessions to get food and were disrespected by the man behind the counter for our shirts that showed about an inch of stomach. Mind you the owner didn’t say anything to us when we came in to pay and they have no signs that indicate a dress code. We asked if we could have a refund if we had to leave since it was their fault no one was aware of a dress code and the man said no and that he “wasn’t going to argue with us” even though we weren’t trying to argue. We would’ve had no issue with coving up but the man was very rude as soon as we approached. We decided to just leave because the man was so rude and he glared at us the entire time we changed out of our skates.
Had a blast the staff was very friendly and made you feel at home nice rink and clean place. Thank you for the fun I will definitely be back
